Good transport accessibility. Good infrastructure. There are a lot of all kind of shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants etc all around. really good insfrastructure. Historical center of St. Petersburg. Only two stops my Metro from Nevsky Prospect. Nice surroundings especially for those who are fond of St. Petersurburg' architecture, there are many buildings of style called "modern", "nothern modern" - at Petrogradskaya Side of the city.
