- Viewing of suitable apartments in the chosen areas
- Preparation of the rental contract (including any changes as agreed by both parties)
- Continued support for the client for the entire length of the contract
- Help with the purchase of furniture and goods for the apartment
- Guidance with the process of finding and entering schools and kindergarten
- Help with social and cultural adaptation
